Pricing

All Prices Include GST. We are continually checking the market to ensure our prices are extremely competitive – please feel free to compare our prices.

Shipping

All goods will be shipped usually within 3 working days. We attempt to keep all items in stock – if there is likely to be any delay with your orders we will contact you for your instructions.

Payment will be deducted from your credit card on the day the goods are dispatched.

All shipments will be through our freight carrier Fastaway or with Australia Post whichever is the most suitable. Please include delivery instructions for the courier on your order or request Australia Post if you require.  Please ensure you do not send a PO Boxnumber in the address

We have a low freight and handling charge of $10 incl GST, for eastern seaboard states and $15 to WA NT SA and Tasmania.

Returns

We will gladly offer an exchange or credit note. Any returns must comply with the following conditions:

Any returned item must be in it’s original packaging - unopened

Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt of goods - please contact us as soon as possible

Refunds do not include freight charges of original purchase or for the return of the product.

Damaged Goods

All goods are considered to be in working order when being dispatched. If you receive damaged or faulty goods please advised us by phone or email within 2 days of receipt of goods.

From time to time we may contact you with details of Clearance items or special offers. If you do not wish to receive this information please contact us and have your name removed from our list.
